The amazing Anitta had a full day at the 2021 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball presented by Capital One.
After a stunning performance on the Village stage, Anitta caught up with Sisanie at the Mercedes-Benz Interview Lounge, wearing a glittery velvet dress.
Anitta summed up her night saying, "it's an amazing night, an honor, honestly for me to be here, [it's] full of amazing artists that I'm such a fan of, and for me to have the opportunity to be here singing on the same stage.. and for me to be here with all these artists is such an honor."
While she's relatively new to performing in English, Anitta is a massive star in her native Brazil. She said that her intention with her single "Girl From Rio" was to showcase Brazilian culture and was surprised at the song's success. Her follow up single is "Faking Love " and features fellow Jingle Ball artist Saweetie. Anitta described Saweetie as being "funny and fun at the same time" and that was "powerful" singing with a woman.
For 2022, Anitta wants to relax and spend time with her family and friends, and we're here for that!
