Looking to evolve Togetic into Togekiss in the recently released Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl? Look no further.
Togekiss is the final form of the beloved Togepi in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. It is a dual-type Fairy/Flying Pokémon and evolves from Togepi’s second evolution, Togetic, when exposed to a Shiny Stone. There are several places sprinkled throughout the game where a Shiny Stone can be obtained. A Shiny Stone is essential for completing the evolution.
Iron Island in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
Traveling to Iron Island can be done by talking to a sailor on the dock in Canalave City. Upon arriving, players should enter the cave and walk down the stairs on the right. Here, gamers will find a bit of a maze which eventually leads to a lift. Players should use the lift before using the right staircase to go down. Subsequently, players will be greeted with yet another labyrinth. Heading to the lift on the southside and exiting through a door on the left will bring players to the last lift. The Shiny Stone will be on the ground at the top.
Route 228
Once players have completed the main story, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl‘s post-game will allow trainers to find another Shiny Stone. Heading north to the second sandfall with a bicycle will bring players to a narrow beam. Crossing the beam leads to a platform with a Shiny Stone on it.
The Evolution: Using the Shiny Stone
Once trainers have the Shiny Stone in hand, they can simply select the item from the “Other Items Pocket” tab inside their bag and choose “use this item” when hovering over the Shiny Stone. Next, simply select Togetic and the Pokémon will immediately evolve.
