The festive period is around the corner — as well as piles of gifts hiding underneath the Christmas tree — there will also be plenty of dishes in your kitchen.
This doesn’t mean you have to run to stock up on dishwashing soap!
A woman has shared a savvy trick, which she claimed makes one bottle of washing liquid last a whole year.
”There’s a couple of things I don’t go cheap on,” she said.
”And that’s dish soap and Pop-Tarts!”
The woman, who refers to herself as the ”DIY QUEEN”, told her viewers to go to the local supermarket and grab a bottle of foaming hand soap bottle.
She then filled it up – about 1/4 of the way – added water and topped it off with some alcohol.
Once all the ingredients have been combined, the TikToker said to mix it together, but make sure it’s done gently.

”Creative!” someone commented loving the idea.
To one concerned viewer who wasn’t too convinced, she insisted that diluting it won’t reduce the efficiency.
Plus, a cleaner reveals: ”I’m a dry cleaner – I’ve found wads of cash, passports and have been asked to clean sick… & worse.”
Meanwhile, the cleaning fanatic reveals she vacuums her washing machine to make sure it’s fluff-free- as others share extreme regimes.
