VIDEO: Man battles back against attacker trying to take his e-bike in Manhattan

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New footage shows a man fight back against an attacker who tried to forcibly take his e-bike from him in Manhattan last month.

On Nov. 20 at 8 p.m., a suspect approached a 28-year-old man in front of 330 East 38th Street in Murray Hill and began assaulting him, cops said.

The suspect then tried taking the victim’s e-bike, but he continued to fight back.

Video released by the NYPD shows the fight, with the victim repeatedly punching and kicking back at his attacker as he tried to get away.

Police said the suspect ended up fleeing without the bike.

The victim dealt with head pain, but refused medical attention.
