Tom Holland Shares Details on First Spider-Man: No Way Home Deleted Scene

It's no secret that Tom Holland tends to drop spoilers whenever he does interviews. However, the Avengers: Endgame star has been more careful these days. Still, that doesn't mean Holland isn't eager to share details about his latest projects. The Spider-Man: No Way Home actor has just revealed what happens in a deleted scene from the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe flick.

Tom Holland was recently a guest on The Graham Norton Show where he spoke about his upcoming new films which included Spider-Man: No Way Home. At one point, the Uncharted star shared how he had filmed a scene with his brother Harry Holland. In the scene, the younger Holland played a mugger and was hung upside-down by the web-slinger, something that Harry complained about.

"We [were] driving home that day, and he's like 'Mate, you can complain as much as you want. That was brutal,'" Tom said. He then revealed that in the end, the scene was ultimately removed from the theatrical cut.

"The icing on the cake, and I don't think he actually knows this, we saw the film the other day, and they've cut the scene," Holland said with a laugh. "It's not in the film."

It's unclear why the brothers' scene was deleted from Spider-Man: No Way Home. However, there's a possibility that it was removed to make way for more important sequences that were connected to the main storyline. Hopefully, we'll still get to see Tom and Harry Holland's deleted scene when it is included in the film's DVD and Blu-ray.

Spider-Man: No Way Home will also star Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina, Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans. The film is scheduled for release on December 17, 2021.
