Inside Khloe Kardashian’s rocky love life: from marrying Lamar within a month to having a baby with ‘cheating’ Tristan

KHLOE Kardashian has always been very open about her dating life.

She takes her honesty to such lengths that she's had her own show with ex-husband Lamar Odom and publicly confronted Tristan Thompson over his cheating.

But it's not just basketball players the mom of one has had an eye out for – she's also dated rappers and football players.

Most importantly, Khloe wants a man who is a loyal companion and who can make her laugh, according to a blog post she wrote in 2016.

“I find a lot of different things sexy in a man,” she wrote.

“Obviously, I have to be physically attracted to some degree, but I’ve learned that really comes and goes. If the guy doesn’t have a good personality, then the physical connection will get old REALLY quickly!”

She continued: "I like a man with a sense of humor. I’m really silly and goofy, so I need someone who can appreciate that and serve it back to me.

"But I don’t want him to be too out-there and so quirky that we don’t share the same kind of jokes, LOL. I want someone who has structure to his days – he doesn’t necessarily have to be on my schedule, but if he’s working towards a goal and is driven, it’s a turn-on."

With that being said, let's look back at Khloe's dating history:

RASHAD MCCANTS

Back in 2009, when Khloe was just 25 years old, she was dating NBA player Rashad McCants.

The two had a short-lived relationship when she announced in her spin-off show, Khloe and Kourtney Take Miami, they had broken up because he allegedly cheated on her.

He later claimed that it was all part of a storyline.

DERRICK WARD

Following the end of her relationship with Rashad, Khloe moved on with NFL player Derrick Ward.

The two were spotted getting cozy at Kourtney's 30th birthday.

LAMAR ODOM

That same 2009, Khloe began dating yet another athlete – Lamar Odom.

The pair shocked the world when they tied the knot just one month after meeting.

Lamar was often seen in Keeping Up With The Kardashians and the couple even had their own spin-off show, Khloe and Lamar.

Sadly, things ended for them in 2013 after Lamar's substance abuse got out of hand and he admitted to cheating on her multiple times.

Khloe put their divorce on hold in 2015 when Lamar suffered an overdose and she took care of him – hinting that they had gotten back together.

But that was far from the truth as the two finalized their divorce in 2016.

MATT KEMP

Just weeks after Khloe had filed for divorce from Lamar in 2013, she was spotted with baseball player Matt Kemp.

The two were spotted attending several concerts together.

FRENCH MONTANA

Khloe left behind athletes when she began dating rapper French Montana.

The two dated on and off for a year before finally ending things in 2014.

Khloe claimed she wasn't ready for a relationship after the end of her marriage to Lamar.

RICK FOX

In 2015, Khloe was spotted with retired basketball star Rick Fox.

The couple was rumored to be dating after they were spotted on a date at Mexican hot spot Casa Vega in Los Angeles.

JAMES HARDEN

Rick Fox didn't last long because soon after, Khloe was spotted with another basketball player: James Harden.

The two met in 2015 and lasted seven months as he helped her deal with Lamar's overdose at the time.

They ended things in February 2016.

TREY SONGZ

Just a few months after James, Khloe started dating rapper Trey Songz.

The two were spotted for the time at her 32nd birthday party but things didn't last long for them.

TRISTAN THOMPSON

In August 2016, two months after Trey Songza, Khloe was introduced to basketball player Tristan Thompson.

Less than a year later, news broke that Khloe and Tristan were expecting their first child together in September 2017.

Sadly, things turned sour for them as he was caught making out with two women at a club just days before Khloe was meant to give birth.

Tristan was beside Khloe when she gave birth to their daughter, True, and the two decided to stay together.

However, they ended things in February 2019 when he was caught in yet another cheating scandal. This time, he had been caught kissing Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods.

After months of trying to get her back, Khloe and Tristan got back together in August 2020 after spending most of the Covid-19 quarantine together.

Their romance made it on the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and they were even planning to have a second child together and move to Boston.

But, for a second time, the couple called it quits yet again in 2021.
