Real Madrid are reportedly “convinced” that they will sign Kylian Mbappe from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.

Though it feels as though Mbappe has been on the scene for years and years, he only turns 23 later this month.

The Frenchman is already one of the best footballers on the planet, having proven it on domestic, European and international stages.

Real Madrid’s interest in signing the former AS Monaco forward is the worst-kept secret in the game at current.

Florentino Perez launched a charm offensive last summer in an attempt to bag Mbappe, but PSG were reluctant to cash-in.

With his contract due to expire in the summer, however, his move to the Santiago Bernabeu looks to be a foregone conclusion.

That’s what the club believes, anyway, with AS reporting that Real Madrid are convinced this deal is already signed and sealed.

Securing Mbappe’s services on a free transfer would likely go down as one of the finest pieces of business in football history.

Come the summer of 2022, we’ll learn if Los Blancos are successful in getting the deal over the line…
