Zardes has been selected to join the USMNT roster for its upcoming international friendly against Bosnia and Herzegovina in California on December 18.

Zardes, 30, has 65 caps for the USMT and has 14 international goals and 10 international assists.

His most recent appearance for the red, white, and blue came in Columbus in a 2-1 victory over Costa Rica in a 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifier at Lower.com Field on October 13.
