Heathie Eckerd, left, a volunteer, and Salvation Army Angel Tree Coordinator Audrey Easterling hang the hopes and Christmas wishes of local children on the Angel Tree in the Glynn Place Mall on Tuesday. Anyone who wants to bring some Christmas cheer to a less fortunate child can pick a tag off the tree and buy the present listed on it, and the Salvation Army will make sure the gift gets under their tree.
