Man killed in Howard County crash

BALTIMORE (WBFF) —
A Halethorpe man was killed in an afternoon crash in Jessup, said Howard County police.

Alberto Oscar Rivera-Lopez, 27, of Halethorpe, died when the 2008 Toyota Scion he was driving struck a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado.
It happened at about 1:15 p.m., on Dorsey Run Road near Patuxent Range Road.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet was taken to Howard County General Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Dorsey Run Road was closed for about four hours.
