NASCAR suspends three indefinitely

Three NASCAR penalties have been issued

The off-season isn’t typically a time for NASCAR penalties. However, three members of the community have been hit with a suspension.

Johnny Roten has been suspended for a substance abuse violation. He was recently the crew chief No. 13 Motorsports Business Management car in the NASCAR Cup Series. Roten worked with drivers like David Starr and Timmy Hill.

John Byrd and Austin Zivich have been suspended for a behavioral violation. Byrd is the hauler driver for the No. 38 Front Row Motorsports Ford in the NASCAR Cup Series. Austin Zivich is the car chief of the No. 78 BJ McLeod Motorsports Ford.

All three have been indefinitely suspended by NASCAR.
