During the AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios, Marina Shafir made her debut for the company. Shafir took on Kris Statlander in singles competition
Shafir was signed by WWE in 2018, but rarely appeared on television. She teamed often teamed with Jessamyn Duke and was associated with Shayna Baslzer as part of the MMA Four Horsewomen. She did appear on WWE Raw Underground in August 2020. She was originally scheduled to be part of Diamond Mine in NXT, but was released by WWE on June 25.
Shafir, a former MMA fighter, recently competed at GCW Josh Barnett's Bloodsport 7.
