Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne admitted that she had contemplated changing her last name in order to set herself apart from her A-List dad.
The 27-year-old recently appeared in a segment for Togethxr's More Than A Name project, which tells the stories of young people who have famous relatives.
'I did consider, honestly, changing my last name,' Corinne said in the video.

She continued, 'But as I've gotten older I've, one, made peace with people are gonna think things about me that I have no control of.

'And two, I'm proud of my dad and I'm proud of who he is and I'm proud of the work he's done. I'm proud of just the person that he is.'
Corinne explained, 'Holding onto his name and being proud of my last name is actually something I've had to grow into.'
Jamie shares Corinne with his ex Connie Kline, whom he dated briefly in 1993. The Oscar winner is also father to daughter Annalise Bishop, 12, whom he shares with his former girlfriend Kristin Grannis.
Kline, 51, is an Air Force veteran and an accountant who mostly leads a quiet life out of the spotlight.
The former Miss Golden Globe said, 'My parents did a really good job at instilling in me that my dad's fame and the red carpet premieres and all of that, that was not normal.
'This was fun for right now but this could all go away in two seconds.'
She went on to say that she was a dancer as a young girl and people were encouraging her to pursue a career in entertainment instead of going to college when she graduated high school.
'I had a lot of people telling me, "You don't have to go to college. You can just go straight into the entertainment world, doors will open for you. You could be making millions of dollars."'
'I just grew up my whole life and I didn't want to just ride on my dad's coattails. I wanted to, you know, make my own name, do things myself.'
Corinne said she was 'very grateful' that she attended the University of Southern California since she was able to 'find what my passions were naturally, not just what was expected of me.'
The 5ft7in beauty has modeled for Dolce & Gabbana and Yeezy. In 2019, Corinne starred in the survival horror movie 47 Meters Below: Uncaged. She has also had supporting roles in Disney's Safety and Hulu's Dollface.

Jamie stars in the comedy which is loosely based on entries in Corinne's diary about her life growing up with her famous dad.
