Meditate Your Way Through A Stressful Holiday Season [VIDEO]

I am a pretty anxious preson. I don’t really know where it comes from either. JUST KIDDING. My entire family is anxious. Just part of our DNA, I guess. Although not always successful, I try my best to cope with stress in healthy ways. Sometimes it might seem easier to have that cocktail or smoke that joint…. BUT why not try something different.

Being still new to Springfield, I’ve been looking around to see what I have at my disposal. As I thought, there are  a ton of great things to do around here that will help take care of some of those worries for you.

I came across this guided meditation that is spoken in Mandarin.  Its, online through the ZOOM platform, but its FREE and you definitely get out of it what you put into it. Check out what you can learn below at one of their weekly classes.

What you will learn from this class:

What I really like about his class, is that is give you the tools to be able to meditate on your own at home. Something I think wee could ALL get some good stuff out of.
