Cristiano Ronaldo seems to be reaching one unbelievable milestone after another these days, prompting plenty of adulation from fans, coaches, pundits and players alike.
However, one fan did not share that enthusiasm towards Ronaldo's achievements after commenting "Tapinaldo and a Penaldo" in response to Gary Lineker's gushing praise of the Portuguese superstar on Twitter.

The England legend was quick to publicly name and shame the fan, in a passionate defence of the Manchester United forward.
He wrote: "That's as ridiculous as it is disrespectful. @Cristiano is indisputably one of the greatest players in the history of the game. An absolute phenomenon."

Ronaldo reached 801 career goals for club and country with a brace in United's 3-2 win over Arsenal on Thursday.
He became the first player to reach that tally of top-level goals, and adds that to his record of being the all-time top scorer in men's international football, in the Champions League, and for Real Madrid.
The 36-year-old shows no signs of slowing down either, after pulling United out of trouble once again with a virtuoso display against the Gunners.

His has now managed 801 goals in 1,097 games - simply jaw-dropping stats from a modern-day legend.
That result against Arsenal lifted the Red Devils up to seventh, and within three points of fourth-place West Ham United in Michael Carrick's final match in caretaker charge of the side.
Ralf Rangnick has now replaced Carrick in the dugout and added his praise for Ronaldo during his first press conference at Old Trafford.
Ronaldo and United will now turn their focus to match against Crystal Palace on Sunday, looking to secure back-to-back Premier League wins for only the second time this season.
