A large employer in Washington County, Tennessee is on the move. Citi is relocating its offices from Gray to Boones Creek.

According to a company statement, Citi plans to be in its new facility on Lake Park Drive by mid-2022. The company employs just under 2,000 in Washington County and says all jobs will be retained.

The new facility will incorporate new, modern workstyles. Executives said the company had started to incorporate remote working before COVID hit and the pandemic reinforced the belief that remote work is a good fit for many of its employees.

As for the current building in gray, executives hope to announce more about its future soon.
