Xbox Series X Restock Update for Amazon, Walmart, GameStop, Target, Best Buy and More

The past week has been particularly eventful in terms of Xbox Series X restocks.

We have had Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales in quick succession, but the situation is now calming back down. This means that it is once again difficult to get a hold of the next-gen console anywhere in the country.

Here is the latest information for every major U.S. retailer.

Walmart Xbox Series X Restock

There was an Xbox Series X drop at Walmart for Cyber Monday, but this was reserved exclusively for the merchant's premium customers.

To be eligible for this restock event, you had to be an existing Walmart+ customer. If you are not familiar with this loyalty scheme, it costs $12.95 a month and entitles you to various discounts, unlimited free delivery on your orders and the occasional earlier access sale.

The Cyber Monday drop was promoted well in advance of the day itself, which meant that eager shoppers were primed and ready for it. As such, the inventory was exhausted rapidly and there are no longer any Xbox Series X units left at Walmart.

Amazon Xbox Series X Restock

Weekend restocks are vanishingly rare when it comes to next-gen consoles, but Amazon did actually release new PS5 units on Saturday, November 27.

So far, this has been the marketplace's only drop for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period, which means it has yet to replenish its Xbox inventory.

This could still happen before the week is over. To be notified in such an event, we recommend that you follow dedicated console trackers like @GYXdeals and @mattswider on Twitter and turn on notifications.

GameStop Xbox Series X Restock

GameStop was one of the few merchants that restocked on the Xbox Series X for Black Friday.

Of course, these supplies were inevitably picked clean within seconds, and it didn't take long for the product page to revert back to displaying as "sold out".

You can no longer get either the Xbox Series X or the PS5 from GameStop. However, the consoles do feature prominently in the retailer's Cyber Week marketing, so there is a chance that there could still be a drop before the event is over.

Newegg Xbox Series X Restock

The most recent Newegg shuffle did not contain any Xbox Series X bundles and there is currently no word on when the next lottery draw will take place.

As always, you can technically find standalone consoles (without any games or peripherals included) elsewhere on the Newegg website. Yet these are being traded by third-party scalpers for expensive rates.

For instance, an Xbox Series X is going on the digital marketplace right now for $984. Meanwhile, if you are really desperate for the Halo Infinite edition of the console, there is also one of those listed at $1,449.

We would recommend that you wait for a fairer deal to come along, as those prices are extortionate.

Target Xbox Series X Restock

As we have mentioned in previous updates, Target no longer coordinates nationwide drops for the Xbox Series X.

There was a big restock on Thursday, December 2, but this was in select locations only. The units were exclusively for collection as well, which meant that you needed to be within travelling distance of the store to pick up your order.

To check if there are any leftover Xbox Series X units at a Target branch near you, head over to the retailer's website and use the ZIP-code field to search for your area.

Microsoft Store Xbox Series X Restock

There are no Xbox Series X units available to buy from the Microsoft Store at the time of writing.

While there has not been much activity on this front at all lately, it might still be worth keeping an eye on the website, just in case there are any last-minute drops for "Cyber Week".

Sam's Club Xbox Series X Restock

You are currently unable to buy an Xbox Series X from Sam's Club.

However, the merchant does have the cheaper Series S model available if a disc drive is not an absolute requirement for you. To compare the two gaming consoles, check out our spec breakdown here.

Should you decide that you want an Xbox Series S after all, you can get one from Sam's Club right now in a deal that includes a PDP media remote and a wired headset. This is priced at just $379.98.

Antonline Xbox Series X Restock

Antonline did restock on the Xbox Series X for Cyber Monday.

The next-gen console was offered in a bundle with an Elite controller, a wired headset, a copy of Forza Motorsport 7 and a 1-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

These supplies have unfortunately been depleted, but there are still a few Xbox Series S units listed on the website. If you are interested, they are shipping with various cosmetic packs and vouchers for games like Rocket League and Fortnite. You can see the full range of options here.

Best Buy Xbox Series X Restock

The Xbox Series S is also available at Best Buy, where it is being sold for its recommended manufacturer's price of $299.

The Xbox Series X remains sold out.

Costco Xbox Series X Restock

Costco was selling the PS5 on Tuesday, November 30 but never got around to restocking on Microsoft's rival hardware.

If there are any surprise Xbox Series X drops at the retailer over the coming days, the likes of @GYXdeals and @mattswider will alert their Twitter followers.
