Last week, the Eagles struggled in a 13-7 loss to the Giants at MetLife Stadium. Jalen Hurts injured his ankle in the fourth quarter, but said he expects to play Sunday.

The Jets picked up their first road win of the season against the Texans, 24-17. The win also marked the return of rookie quarterback Zach Wilson.

Will the Eagles struggle again in their return to MetLife Stadium? Could this be the year the Jets finally beat the Eagles?

Here’s how NJ Advance Media’s experts see the game playing out:

Joey Chandler: Jets reporter, NJ Advance Media

Upset alert. A second straight trip to MetLife Stadium proves disappointing once again for the Eagles. Robert Saleh becomes the first ever Jets coach to get a win against the Eagles. Jets 23, Eagles 20.

Mike Kaye: Eagles reporter, NJ Advance Media

With Jalen Hurts battling an ankle injury and the Eagles reeling following their brutal 13-7 loss to the Giants last week, this feels like an upset in the making. That said, if the Eagles rely on their newly aggressive defense and the running game, they should be able to handle the Jets. Eagles 20, Jets 17.

Chris Franklin: Eagles reporter, NJ Advance Media

The Eagles are coming off a disappointing loss to the Giants, seeing them miss an opportunity to pull closer to the Dallas Cowboys for the NFC East lead. As bad as the Eagles looked Sunday offensively, they will hold their own against the Jets. Zack Wilson will be baited into a throw by Eagles cornerback Darius Slay, one of at least two turnovers in the Eagles’ win. Eagles 24, Jets 14.

Darryl Slater: NFL columnist, NJ Advance Media

The Eagles just suffered a brutal loss to the Giants. And for the second straight week, they get to play a bad team that calls MetLife Stadium home. Will they have better luck against the Jets, who just beat the Texans in Houston? Zach Wilson did some encouraging things in his return from a knee injury, but his stats were still quite underwhelming — 145 yards, no touchdowns, one interception, 58.5 quarterback rating. Eagles 17, Jets 14.

Zack Rosenblatt: Giants reporter, NJ Advance Media

Looks like all that hype about the Eagles after they beat a couple bad teams in a row was overblown. When the best strategy is forcing the quarterback (Jalen Hurts) to throw the ball, that’s not a great sign. But the Eagles should be properly motivated this week. And the Jets are properly terrible. Eagles 17, Jets 10.

Joe Giglio: Sports reporter, NJ Advance Media

Bounce-back game! The Eagles recommit to the run game, and take care of business before the bye. Zach Wilson turns it over twice, per usual. Eagles 27, Jets 17.
