Nominate your Arizona business for Top Workplaces 2022

Friday, Jan. 14, is the deadline to nominate a local business for azcentral's 2022 Top Workplaces. 

The initiative is meant to help businesses attract and retain the best and brightest employees, especially important in the current job market.

Energage, the research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 61 markets.

Last year, 110 employers in Arizona earned recognition in azcentral's Top Workplaces. Nearly 40,000 employees were invited to survey, and 22,072 responded.

“Through the Top Workplaces survey process, organizations get the data they need to recruit the right talent and the insights they need to retain that talent,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “If COVID taught us anything, it’s that asking questions and listening to employees is critical to navigating this new world of work. More than ever, you need to be more intentional about your culture.”

What your Arizona company needs to know to participate:

• Any organization with 35 or more employees in Arizona is eligible to participate (can be public, private, non-profit, government).
• Workplaces are evaluated by their employees using a short 24-question survey.
• Companies will be surveyed now through March.
• Deadline is Friday, Jan. 14, 2022.
• Winners will be published in July 2022.
