The East Village housing project in Knoxville has seen continued progress, as one unit is under construction on the former site of East Elementary. 11 more units are expected to be built beginning in spring 2022.

Ground has broken at the site of 155 housing units owned by Kading Properties, just east of the Knoxville Walmart. Those units are scheduled to be complete in fall 2022.
