Stable MIUI 13 is ready, likely to launch alongside the Xiaomi 12
A developer who likes to dig deep into Xiaomi's software to look for clues suggests that the company is ready with MIUI 13 stable release and the uncovered builds are for the vanilla Xiaomi 12.
The latter is rumored to come this month so the time frames coincide well and Xiaomi will likely introduce its new skin with Xiaomi 12, which will come with MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box.
That builds are for the Chinese version of the phone, but the global variant will likely follow these steps.

MIUI 12 broke my Mi Note 10. My screen burns due to overheating from overcurrent said the technical support. I'm not sure when it happens, maybe during charging time. I'm so sad.

honestly i dont care any more of new features just i want bug free experience,i had xiaomi from note 3 and i feel nowadays i see more glitch,bugs...

stable? 12.5 broke my Redmi that I had to toss it in the garbage can 3 weeks in.
