  2. 'We will speak to Lloris about contract'

Tottenham v Norwich (Sun, 14:00 GMT)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Asked about whether he has plans to talk with Hugo Lloris about extending the goalkeeper's contract, Antonio Conte said: "Yeah but I've just arrived. Only one month. In this moment, for sure, we have many situations to solve.

"Hugo is the captain of this team and France, we are talking about a top keeper.

"He's very focused now and he knows very well that now we're trying to do our best. Me as a coach, Hugo as a goalkeeper and every player has to perform at a high level, but for sure we'll have time to speak about him and I consider him an important player for Tottenham, for his experience.

"He's a good goalkeeper first of all and many years at this club, he has showed always great commitment for this club."

  3. Lage happy with 'balance' in Wolves team

Wolves v Liverpool (Sat, 15:00 GMT)

    Wolves

Wolves manager Bruno Lage is "hopeful" that Daniel Podence will be clear of his Covid restrictions in time for tomorrow's match against Liverpool at Molineux.

Ruben Neves returns from suspension, however Marcal is still missing.

Only Norwich City have scored fewer league goals than Wolves this season but only the top two sides can beat Wolves' defensive record.

Lage says that is down to "the balance of the team", adding: "We work as a team. The last goal we scored started with [goalkeeper Jose] Sa. When you look at what [Conor] Coady, [Romain] Saiss and [Max] Kilman are doing, we are very happy with them."

  4. Conte explains why Kane is scoring for England

Tottenham v Norwich (Sun, 14:00 GMT)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Spurs boss Antonio Conte was asked for his thoughts on why Harry Kane has been scoring for England, but not managing to do so for his club.

"I think the Premier League is a very, very tough league. Every game you go to play is not easy," says Conte.

"Sometimes with the national team you can play against a team that’s not so strong and you have more opportunities to score. Not only for him but all the players.

"This league is very strong, this league is the most difficult in the world and for this reason it's not simple to win games and get three points and to score goals.

"This is the great difference you can find between the situations.”

  5. 'I’m very pleased with the way Kane is playing'

Tottenham v Norwich (Sun, 14:00 GMT)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Shall we hear from Tottenham manager Antonio Conte?

His side welcome Norwich on Sunday and he was asked about Harry Kane's goal scoring form in the league.

The striker has hit the back of the net just once so far this season.

“I’m sure Harry is happy if we win and he doesn’t score," Conte said. "Tottenham is the first thought for us. As I said last night, Harry played a very good game. He was involved in the situation when we scored.

"He had a good chance to score but its important to have chances to score. We are improving a lot under this aspect and I’m sure Harry is going to score many goals.

"I’m sure he is going to have a good performance in the same way he had against Brentford, I’m very pleased with the way he is playing.

"I know the striker wants to score and we want to give him many chances to score and we are on the right path.”

  6. Calvert-Lewin out for 'two weeks minimum'

Everton v Arsenal (Mon, 20:00 GMT)

    Everton

"When you're in a bad run every game is a must win game," says Rafael Benitez, whose side will look to end their winless run at home to Arsenal on Monday night.

"My main thing is to concentrate on the football issues, the coaching issues, the mistakes in the game and we made them in the game against Liverpool," he adds.

"I don't want to blame anyone. As a club we win or lose a group. We know the problems, that's the positive thing. The club has been changing managers for a while and it was not changing the situation. We know the problems and now we know the solutions.

Unfortunately for Benitez, striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin will remain out for "two weeks minimum".

"We have to be very careful with him because he has had two injuries," said the Everton manager. "We want to be sure that it is getting stronger. He's quite happy but we have to be careful."

Tom Davies is also still out and Yerry Mina will be assessed ahead of the game.

  7. 'We must stick together'

Everton v Arsenal (Mon, 20:00 GMT)

    Everton

It was a Merseyside derby to forget for Everton on Wednesday.

The Toffees' 4-1 loss to Liverpool means they are winless in eight games and manager Rafael Benitez has called for the club to stick together through their tough period.

"I've been in a situation for fighting titles and avoiding relegation and my experience is to stay calm, keep working hard, correct mistakes and stick together. That is crucial," Benitez said.

"Derbies are more emotional, we are disappointed but we have the numbers. We were running more than Liverpool in every department but we conceded four goals. They punished our mistakes and we are already analysing that."

  8. James and Jorginho back for Blues

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    Chelsea

On the team news front, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel will have Reece James and Jorginho available for Saturday's trip to West Ham.

Tuchel said it is "massive" to have those two back.

“Reece is the specialist on the side and Jorginho is the guy left of [Mateo] Kovacic and N'Golo [Kante] from the three on who’s shoulders we put the central role over a long period now.

"I’m absolutely happy that Ruben steps in and the way he does it but we are happy Jorginho is back in training and can’t wait for Kovacic and N'Golo to come back because they’re very important in our games - we miss the experience and leadership qualities of the guys who are out.

"We will never complain because we are here to find solutions. We will have a strong team on the pitch tomorrow and we are used to having some changes."

  9. Moyes on tough fixtures

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    West Ham United

On managing the amount of fixtures his side are facing in December, David Moyes said: "It has been good to have European football as it gives me a chance to get the players prepared for Thursday/Sunday but this week is tough.

"Three games in six days and two against the Champions League finalists.

"We are going to try and take it on but we are doing all we can to get the players right. Their mentality is really good."

  10. 'We want to challenge Chelsea'

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    West Ham United

Next up it's current leaders Chelsea, and a chance for David Moyes' side to gain ground on one of the sides above them.

"All the games excite you. Last week we played the Champions league finalists, this week we play the winners. And I always say you want to test yourself against the best.

"We want to challenge them and we’ll try our best to do that on Saturday.

"I’m looking forward to it. I think we’ve played quite well against them in recent seasons. We had a great win when Yarmolenko scored the winner late on and that’s one I’ll always remember.

"Last year we were a little unlucky to not get something out of the games, but let’s not kid ourselves, Chelsea are a top team."

  11. 'The aim was to challenge the top four teams'

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    West Ham United

West Ham currently sit fourth in the Premier League table and David Moyes hopes his side can build on their good start to to the season.

"I said right at the start of the season that we finished two points behind Chelsea in the league and the challenge we laid down was can we get those extra two points.

"Can we challenge the teams in the top four? To make a fist of it is a good start.

"We’ve made a really good start and the job now is to hang in and see if we can make a challenge at the end of the season."

  12. 'Antonio is our focal point'

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    West Ham United

    Michail Antonio

West Ham striker Michail Antonio has hit a bit of a dry patch in front of goal of late but David Moyes stated Antonio's importance to his side.

"Centre-forwards can go through barren spells," said Moyes.

"Michail has been a little unlucky, the keeper made a great save from him.

"He is really important for us, he is our focal point and has been important and I am hoping we can get him back in form.

"Strikers just need to keep getting in there and get chance, let’s hope Mic continues to get chances."

  13. 'Cresswell is back in training'

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    West Ham United

Time to hear from West Ham boss David Moyes now ahead of the London derby against Chelsea.

Firstly let's have some West Ham team news.

"Aaron Cresswell is back in training," says Moyes. "He’s done a bit of light training so we’ll take a look at that.

"Otherwise we’re okay, other than Angelo Ogbonna being out with his cruciate.

"In the main, we’ve got everybody fit though."

  14. 'Race at top is nice - but we'll see'

Watford v Man City (Sat, 17:30 GMT)

    Manchester City

Earlier, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said that it was too early for him to consider it a title race but admitted the competition at the top of the Premier League is exciting.

What about Pep Guardiola? Well, the Manchester City boss was a bit less enthusiastic.

"Every season you do the same question, most exciting Premier League ever in the universe," Guardiola responded.

"It’s nice but we’ll see. For all three teams it’s good.

"European competition back in February, FA Cup coming in January. So far, on behalf of City we are delighted."

  15. 'Individual awards not important'

Watford v Man City (Sat, 17:30 GMT)

    Manchester City

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is up against Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and Aston Villa's Steven Gerrard for the manager of the month award for November, while defender Joao Cancelo and midfielder Bernardo Silva are both in contention for the player of the month award.

However, Guardiola has dismissed the importance of such prizes.

"Individual awards, these awards must be won for the teams that aren't winning," said Guardiola.

"Winning means for many reasons. If I win manager of the month it's because the players ran and they won.

"If Bernardo Silva or Joao Cancelo wins player of the month it is because nine or 10 players alongside them helped them play better and win.

"We don't pay attention to this award. It's nice for the media, for Instagram but it is not important. Important is to have success for our fans."

  16. 'Potential for Saul to be used as wing-back'

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    Chelsea

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has also been speaking about Atletico Madrid loanee Saul, who was subbed off at half-time in Wednesday's 2-1 win against Watford.

"He's still adapting. He got an early yellow card and was a bit shy to play all-in in duels," explained Tuchel.

"For that we lacked a bit from his physicality because he did not want to risk anything.

"I think he can play in the wing-back roles because he's very good at arriving in the opponent's box. Maybe in the next games we have to try it because Chilly [Ben Chilwell] is out long-term and we can't put every game on Marcos' [Alonso's] shoulders."

  17. 'A chance for Rangnick to prove himself in the biggest league'

West Ham v Chelsea (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    Chelsea

Here's Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel now.

The Blues boss was asked if he had spoken to compatriot Ralf Rangnick following his appointment as Manchester United's interim manager - and whether he had any advice for him.

"No I haven't spoken to him," said Tuchel.

"If I had spoken to him I would simply say congratulations - but no advice.

"Nobody needs advice, or advice from me. I have enough to do to get our own things going. Everyone is different and he can prove himself now at a very big club in the biggest league."

  18. 'We have to be careful'

Watford v Man City (Sat, 17:30 GMT)

    Manchester City

It's six wins in a row in all competitions for Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola's side are second in the table, one point behind leaders Chelsea and up next it's a trip to struggling Watford on Saturday.

On injury news, Guardiola has confirmed everyone but Ferran Torres is available.

On his side's good form, he added: "I don't know what will happen against Watford or in the next games but we are playing at a good level.

"We have to prove again. I know how difficult our opponents are.

"It will be a pleasure to play against him [Claudio Ranieri] again. We have to be careful again tomorrow and do another good performance."

  19. 'It'll still be about our principles of play'

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (Sun, 14:00 GMT)

    Crystal Palace

Osian Roberts had some praise for new United boss Ralf Rangnick but maintained the focus on what Crystal Palace need to do.

"He's a highly respected coach with highly talented players at the club, the options he'll have are numerous," the Palace assistant boss said.

"It'll still be about our principles of play, how we want to play with and without the ball.

"If we get that right more often than not it'll hold us in good stead in terms of the performance."

  20. 'We'll focus on what we normally do'

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (Sun, 14:00 GMT)

    Crystal Palace

So, Crystal Palace travel to Old Trafford to take on a Manchester United side who now have Ralf Rangnick in charge.

Will they expect that new manager bounce?

Palace assistant Osian Roberts said that the Eagles are preparing for what they will normally do.

"When a new manager comes in there's obviously the potential for some changes even in the short period that they will be with a team. We'll have to wait and see.

"We'll focus on what we normally do, that's what we did today and what we'll do tomorrow."
