Colton Underwood's Coming Out Colton producers asked Cassie Randolph to appear on his show, but she declined

The Netflix series' production team reached out to The Bachelor alum Randolph, Underwood's ex-girlfriend, to see if she would agree to participate. "The offer came to Randolph around the time Underwood publicly came out as gay in a TV interview, while he was in production on his Netflix show," reports Variety's Elizabeth Wagmeister. "Insiders say the idea for Randolph’s scenes would have been to have her sit down with Underwood for him to candidly discuss his sexuality and the mistakes he made in the ending of their relationship."
