CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A fire broke out at the Burger King near Exit 1 of Interstate 24 Thursday afternoon.
The fire was reported at about 2:10 p.m. at the restaurant at 3910 Trenton Road.
Clarksville Fire Rescue responded and had the fire out by 2:38 p.m., according to Assistant Fire Chief Michael Rios.
The fire started in the HVAC unit, he said. Firefighters pulled some ceiling tiles, and by 2:50 they were focused on trying to clear out the smoke.
