Conscious Alliance has announced the Denver Comes Alive xArt That Feeds’ virtual food drive and charity auction. The initiative comes in conjunction with Denver Comes Alive, set to take place this Saturday, December 4th, at Mission Ballroom in Denver, CO.

Conscious Alliance is a movement of musicians, artists, food makers, and music lovers on a mission to end hunger in vulnerable communities nationwide. Last year, as families struggled through the pandemic, Conscious Alliance worked with the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music, sponsoring a week’s worth of restaurant meals for families in New Orleans’ 9th Ward.

This year, the organization sent 10,000 pounds of non-perishable food items collected at its various ‘Art That Feeds’ food drives, as well as a semi-truck of food and supplies, to New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Ida. The Denver Comes Alive x ‘Art That Feeds’ collaboration aims to raise $10,000 for families in need of food during this holiday season.

All auctions will end on Sunday, December 5th, at 1 p.m. MT, except for the DCA general admission ticket auction, which ends Thursday, December 2nd, at 10 p.m. MT.

In addition to online and in-person donations, concertgoers who bring 20 non-perishable food items to Mission Ballroom on Saturday night will receive the limited edition Denver Comes Alive x ‘Art That Feeds’ event poster.
