WEBSTER – Police, the Fire Department and EMS responded to a three-car crash on Friday, November 26, leading to the arrest of a man on drug charges.
As police arrived at the scene of the crash shortly after midnight, several individuals outside the vehicles involved in the crash fled from the scene on foot.
Police eventually arrested Luis Campos, 26, of Webster. Inside one of Campos’ front pockets, the Webster Police Department says officers found nearly 17 grams of heroin packaged for sale.
The investigation revealed that those involved in the crash, including Campos, were at a gathering in Webster when an argument occurred, leading to individuals leaving the gathering. Those involved in the crash had left the gathering.
Campos face charges of:
- Possession of a Class A Substance with the intent to Distribute
- Disorderly Conduct
- Disturbing the Peace
Louis Campos Jr., 18, of Oxford faces charges of:
- Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Accident
- Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle
- Person Under 21 in Possession of Alcohol
- Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Jordan Campos, 24, of Worcester, faces a charge of Intimidation of a Witness misleading officers .
Marilyn Lopez, 24, Worcester, faces charges of:
- OUI Liquor
- Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle
- Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle
- 2 Counts of Child Endangerment while OUI
- Intimidation of a Witness
- Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident
