What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Privacy. From state legislation to the push to enact a national standard, privacy of the consumer will be the largest change.

What is the advantage to working with an outside media buyer as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?
Media buyer has a look at the whole field outside of the company vertical. You can realize multiple advantages from this global view.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?
Consider the end user and the strategic value first. Wrap your companies goals within that view and you have the start of a winning strategy.
