Bushiroad published an official trailer for Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath. While it also made an announcement tweet in English, the trailer is still based on the Japanese version of the game.
The Japanese trailer gives a sneak peek of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid‘s shoot ’em up gameplay system. Like other character-based shmup games, the player avoid an exquisite bullet hell while shooting enemies on the screen. You can watch the latest Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid trailer below.
The Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid shoot ’em up will have more features, like a D Gauge that the player can fill and use to let Tohru transform into a dragon. The dragon attack will have a 3D animation and deal significant damage to all visible enemies. The player can also find and retrieve image pieces to eventually complete illustrations in the Gallery mode.
Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath will appear on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on March 24, 2022. Pre-orders for the game’s physical releases are immediately available in Japan. Bushiroad had previously announced that an English version of the game will release in Spring 2022. However, the game’s Twitter account has yet to confirm if the English version will arrive with the Japanese release date or not.
