There's no need for speculation on this controversial case. Since the technology has drastically changed from 1973, a hearbeat and fetus can be seen now as early as 14 weeks. Anything past this should be condemned as it's murder, pure and simple. SCOTUS will rule against Roe V. Wade, and/or drastically amend it. To all yee librats, just close your legs. HB

If California voters want to permit abortions, them California can permit abortions. The citizens of Mississippi are entitled to feel differently. A federal law would be unconstitutional, but Dems don't care about the Constitution unless they're trying to twist it to fit their agenda -- which is how abortion Nationwide came to be in the first place.
