Bobby Shmurda Says He is Not In Charge of And Doesn’t Control His Music

Bobby Shmurda’s music releases since he got out of jail have been questionable because none of them have really impressed like we expected them to.

In September, he dropped his comeback single ‘No Time for Sleep Freestyle‘ and then offered another new song called ‘Cartier Lens‘ in October, both of which sort of came and went. While fans keep waiting for the ‘Hot N*gga’ hitmaker to truly return to form, he posted and deleted a message on his Instagram, explaining the delay.

Bobby said that he is not in charge of his music releases and hinted that it’s the label who controls his music. “I ain’t been in charge of my music since I was 19 years old and I just turned 27 and honestly idk when sh*t dropping,” he wrote. “So don’t ask me shit go ask them mf’s since they wanna control everything!!!!!!!”

Bobby was 19 years old when he dropped ‘Hot N*gga’ in 2014 and signed with Epic Records so it’s probably them that he’s pointing fingers at, before he deleted the post. Earlier this year, the rapper signed a management deal with Roc Nation.
