Scientist say healthy eating begins in the brain

The holiday season is known for packing on a few extra pounds and it may be because we have a history filled with food pushers. 

Dr. Susan Thompson is a brain and cognitive scientist who says healthy eating begins in the brain. 

She is also the founder of Bright Line Eating.

Her book is out later this month and is called “Rezoom: The Powerful Reframe to End the Crash and Burn Cycle of Food Addiction.
