On the next episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Bravo, Josh Flagg gets some not-so-great news from one of his celebrity clients.

After jumping on a Zoom call with Suzanne Somers and her husband Alan Hamel, all while pals Tracy Tutor and Josh Altman listen in from the kitchen, Josh asks his clients, “So are you calling to fire me or tell me how much you love me?” Turns out…it’s kinda both. Previously this season, we saw him touring the massive Palm Springs property, complete with an outdoor bathtub!

“We love you,” Suzanne confirms. “We have a bit of a situation, and it’s good news…for us,” she tells him.

Alan takes over to explain, “So four years ago, I was approached by these local people who were very interested in purchasing our property. So they made their offer and unfortunately it didn’t meet what we needed to make this deal close.” He continues, “Anyway, these people came back and they said, ‘Ok we’re ready to buy your house at full price offer.”

“So far this is great, should I send you the paperwork?” Josh asks.

“No, it’s too late,” Alan tells him. “We are in escrow and it’s a full-price offer, so there probably will be no commission for you, Josh.” Yikes! That means he’s missing out on a potential check for $212,500.

Obviously, Josh is not thrilled. “Let’s just reverse for a second, I’m a little confused,” he tells his pals. In his interview he goes on to say, “It’s frustrating to ask to withdraw your commission when you know you’ve put in a lot of work. Now granted, they found the buyer, but that doesn’t change the amount of work I put into it. No, that’s not gonna fly.”
