Sky Blue Lupine is a native wildflower that can be found across the state of Florida. This bunching/clumping plant can reach heights of 2-3 feet and equally as wide. This lupine is an herbaceous perennial that occurs primarily in scrubby habitats. Flowers form on dense spikes and are a bluish-lavendar colr with a white spot on the upper petal. Leaves are elliptical and alternately arranged. Leaves are covered in silvery white hairs which gives them a metallic look and soft feel. Flowers bloom in spring.
