DUH !! Of course , manager could not think of better way to use elite players at the playoffs , because he burned them out during regular season ! Why would you let Kershaw go. 8 innings in late august ? Why put Lux in centerfield if you did not do that in regular season games , the list goes on and on .

I totally agree with Max. Roberts was WRONG for bringing him what on 2 days rest .ROBERTS is at fault for Max'sdead arm. TOTALY WRONG AND HR SHOULD PAY FOR IT. And I don'tblame Max for leaving the Dodgers.

He's absolutely right! In a seven game series you quite often give up one game to assure your aces are ready and rested... Though the "pitch by committee" approach worked for one game, in the end it blew up in their faces!
