WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: Cardio and Core Circuit
(41NBC/WMGT) — Coach Strapp joins 41NBC once more to bring you another Workout Wednesday, with the focus of this week being: your cardio and core muscles.
These exercises come in 3 rounds with 3 sets in each- 45 seconds of work and 30 of rest in each set with a minute to a minute and a half of rest between each round.
ROUND 1: Inchworm to reach/mountain climbers
ROUND 2: High knees in place/plank
ROUND 3: Sprint to backpedal/ Bicycles
