The special is prime rib, and if you've ever been to The Kitchen, you know it's awesome food. It's a small diner in Superior's North End located at 803 N 5th Street. It's a favorite among locals and people passing through just off Highway 53/2. It's a fantastic greasy spoon type of place. I suggest you try their hash brown omelet. It's one of my favorite breakfasts of all time anywhere.

The Toys For Tots campaign helps collect and distribute new toys for the Christmas season to over 800 children in Douglas County.  The Superior Telegram also has shared a list of drop off locations in Douglas County for Toys For Tots. People are encourage to drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any of the following locations now through December 15. Locations include Menards, Choo Choo Bar, Northwood Technical College, Superior YMCA, Walgreens, and other places as well.
