In a perfect world, every baby born under dire circumstances would be adopted. That is not the case. In Texas alone there are over 50,000 children in the foster care system and, as you know, that definitely is an imperfect system.

Adoption is not the “silver bullet”. There are a fair amount of children in foster care / waiting for somebody to adopt them already. Let’s put further strain on a “system” that doesn’t work very well to begin with

In just 2019 there were 625,346 abortions reported in the US. Approximately 135,000 adoptions are approved each year. There are 117k children in foster care awaiting to be adopted. 3 million children die of starvation each year in the US. 16 million children struggle with hunger . There are not enough people to adopt every baby . People need to stay out of women's bodies and let women make their own decisions about what they decide when becoming pregnant .
