The 5,600-square-foot restaurant and brewing facility is expected to debut early next year. T

his will be located in the former Neshaminy Creek Brewing’s Borough Brewhouse’s space at 210 York Road.

Human Robot bought the 1920 building with 40-foot ceilings for a little over $1.3 million.

The upcoming establishment will be called The Haus and is slated to open its doors on February 2, 2022. The date is a nod to the brewery’s popular “milk tube” Tuesday special that offers a glass of beer foam to guests for $2.

The suburban outpost will be able to seat 140 people.

The food partner for the Jenkintown concept is as yet unknown, but the menu will most likely be split between German fare and classic American pub food, according to co-owner Jake Atkinson.

Jenkintown was selected for Human Robot’s new location due to its central location in the borough as well as the availability of a turnkey operation at the right price.

“Just to be able to own the bricks is the key,” Atkinson said.
