Kirkland, Willkie Help H.I.G. Capital Invest in 3Pillar Global

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm H.I.G. Capital on its affiliate’s investment in 3Pillar Global Inc., a developer of software tools for companies.

Willkie Farr & Gallagher advised 3Pillar on the transaction, for which no financial details were disclosed, according to a statement.

3Pillar says it has over 2,000 team members working out of 13 delivery centers across four continents. They aim to help major brands, including such customers as PBS, Fortune, and Equinox, develop digital offerings.
