The Wendy Williams Show fans are in an uproar. Celebrity guests have been lining up to fill in her spot as she takes this time to focus on her health. There has been a mix of guest hosts, such as Leah Remini. Yet, fans want Sherri Shepherd back. Some of them are wondering where the former The View co-host has been at lately.
Leah and Michelle Visage are the latest celebrities to replace the talk show host. The King of Queens star shared a photo of herself with the RuPaul’s Drag Race judge on Instagram, sending fans into a tailspin. They think Sherri is the perfect replacement.
Where’s Sherri Shepherd?
On Tuesday, November 30, fans were in for a shock when they learned that Leah Remini is replacing Sherri Shepherd. She shared a selfie of herself with Michelle Visage on Instagram. The two ladies appeared makeup-free and fresh-faced in the photo. They cozied up in their matching white terrycloth robes.
The Wendy Williams Show fans flocked to the comment section to demand where Sherri Shepherd is. They weren’t interested in seeing what Leah had to say during the popular segment called “Hot Topics.”

Still, most fans are waiting for Wendy’s highly anticipated return. They can’t wait for the former DJ to return to her iconic purple chair. She’s been missing since Season 13 premiered in September. Wendy is currently battling a private health crisis.

The pop culture fix has stepped back to deal with “ongoing health issues.” This comes after Wendy was rushed to the hospital for “psychiatric services.” The 57-year-old told tested positive for a breakthrough case of COVID-19 and is dealing with complications from Graves’ disease.
Earlier this month, rumors swirled that Wendy is not doing as well as she claims. She is confined to a wheelchair and suffering the early stages of dementia, which her brother has denied. Many celebrity guest hosts have stepped in to talk about the day’s “Hot Topics.” Though fans have vowed not to watch because of Leah Remini, producers noticed that the ratings have soared during Wendy’s absence.

Better hosts out there that don’t represent the “loud, I dropped out of school bimbos pond.” How about some better role models? Leah Remini needs to recalibrate her anxiety meter.

I like Michelle Visage and think she’s an excellent contributor as a cohost. I also liked sherri shepherd too. Leah Remini, not so much. Kind of forces her laughter and her jokes are predictable. I realize this isn’t her forte but appreciate her effort.

I absolutely LOVE Leah Remini, and Michelle Visage hosting the show together. They are very entertaining! They are the only guest hosts of the Wendy Williams Show, other than Jerry Springer, and Steve Wilkos, that I did Not change the channel to another show. I think Sherry Shepard is boring, nothing personal, I just do not enjoy the show with her hosting. If Wendy does not return, they should Definitely replace her with Leah, and Michelle! If Wendy does return, then Leah, and Michelle should get their own talk show. They are great! I looked forward to watching them everyday! I am going to miss them Very much. I do hope Wendy is doing well though, and recovers soon. Please bring back Leah, and Michelle!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE watching Leah Remini and Michelle Visage!!! They are entertaining and super fun to watch! I appreciate how real they are. That, coupled with how open/honest their conversation topics are, had me feeling like I was spending an hour with girlfriends every day. I appreciate how they thanked the entire crew each episode, how they refused to dog anyone during Hot Topics, and how they made everyone (me included) laugh multiple times. That poor woman trying to show products for sale didn’t stand a chance because Leah stole the show with her hilarious antics. The new segments, Remini’s Remedies and Michelle convincing us why we needed something in 60 seconds were great additions! Their outfits were super cute and complimentary without being matchy-matchy. I didn’t want their time guest hosting to end!! Now, I want them to have their own talk show!
Leah is doing to much on this show and Michelle shouldn’t have to tell a grown woman how to act. I hate the episode with Holly Robinson Peete when Leah jumped back as if Mrs. Peete was contagious. That was totally disrespectful. Leah don’t know how to talk to people and she is certainly not fit for hot topic.
I think SHERRI is doing an ABSITIVELY, POSOLUTELY excellent job! I like her EVEN BETTER than WENDY! Initially, I didn’t know that was SHERRI. She has a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ATTITUDE since I’ve last seen her! You are looking good, Sherri.
I love Sherri Shephard, but have to say that I am totally loving Finesse Mitchell and Kim Whitley! They are excellent consistently and make me laugh multiple times every show. Love, love, love them!!!!!
