Nature really is healing, guys. Not only is Jennifer Lopez bringing out new music, she’s also busy promoting her upcoming movie, Marry Me, a romcom (classic J-Lo) which comes out just before Valentine’s Day, no less.
Surely, we all need to watch Maid in Manhattan, The Wedding Planner and Monster-in-Law in preparation, right?
As part of the film’s soundtrack, J-Lo has recorded a new hit, On My Way, and she’s rocking some seriously gorgeous hairstyles in the music video. Especially her ‘wet look updo’.
Now obviously, we’ve seen wet look hair courtesy of Kim Kardashian and Megan Fox a fair few times but this look is completely different.
J-Lo’s go-to hairstylist Chris Appleton posted a picture of Jennifer posing on the set of the music video with the most ethereal hairstyle. Her hair is tossed up into a high bun with strands of hair pulled down, all of which have a wet-look appearance.
It’s such a vibe and honestly, this look is a lot more wearable than the traditional wet-look or slicked back hair we’ve seen in the past.
On the post, Chris wrote: "All the details on this wet look updo 💦 #onmywaytoyou out Thursday!" – so we'll be refreshing our Instagram for all the deets come Thursday.
For the rest of her beauty look, Jennifer sported her signature glowy skin, a peachy nude lip and dramatic, long false lashes.
Her nails look incredible, too – upon closer inspection, it looks like they’re a see-through acrylic with a white design that matches her dress perfectly.
This isn’t the only hairstyle J-Lo rocks in the music video, either. In a teaser posted by the singer herself, J-Lo has super long waves that are tucked back behind her ears.
