Kim Soo Ro Tests Positive For COVID-19 + Drama Co-Stars Im Soo Hyang, Sung Hoon, And Hong Eun Hee Test Negative
Actor Kim Soo Ro has tested positive for COVID-19.
Kim Soo Ro had been filming the upcoming drama “Woori the Virgin” (literal translation) that stars actors like Im Soo Hyang, Sung Hoon, and Hong Eun Hee. “Woori the Virgin” is a Korean remake of the American rom-com “Jane the Virgin,” which is based on a Venezuelan telenovela.
On December 1, Kim Soo Ro’s agency released the following statement:

Kim Soo Ro went through a preemptive COVID-19 test on November 26 ahead of filming the drama, and he received negative results. Therefore, he took part in the shoots on November 27 and 28 as scheduled.
However, he felt unwell on November 29 and voluntarily underwent a COVID-19 test, and he received positive results yesterday (November 30).
Kim Soo Ro has been completely vaccinated and was been planning on receiving a booster shot. After being instructed to enter self-quarantine, he is self-isolating at home.
The agencies of Im Soo Hyang, Sung Hoon, and Hong Eun Hee revealed that the three actors tested negative for COVID-19. According to reports, none of the other actors in the drama have tested positive.
