A Cole County judge ruled last week that non-elected officials, including public health directors, are violating the constitution when they issue health orders like those meant to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

It's an argument Missouri's attorney general has also made in lawsuits against local governments and schools.

But those who support the power of local health officials to issue orders say those officials know best how to protect public health, which is their area of expertise.

Looks like 17 is data mining for the answers they want... been 32 votes on the front page but you can't see where the 32 people voted... it locks up of you say no.... time to shut down this chicken little mentality that the media is trying to push on us... WE NO LONGER BELIEVE YOU ..
