According to federal prosecutors, law enforcement began an investigation into drug trafficking in the Fitchburg area led by co-conspirators Pedro Baez and Anthony Baez. Evidece revealed that Troche worked with Anthony Baez to distribute a fentanyl and heroin mixture and cocaine.
