Deriso, Owens take the win in Runoff Election

CORDELE, GA — While the results are still unofficial, Joshua Antwan Deriso emerged victorious in the race for City Commissioner Chairman At Large with 56.42% of the vote over Incumbent John E. Wiggins.

In the second runoff for the city of Cordele, Isaac Owens won his bid for City Commissioner of Ward 3 with 53.02% of the vote over challenger Don Cole.
