Here are the final IE Varsity high school football rankings for the 2021 season.

IE VARSITY FOOTBALL TOP 20

1. Centennial (11-1)

The Huskies reclaimed the Big VIII League title and reached the Division 1 semifinals.

The Cougars had another strong campaign and qualified for the Division 1 playoffs.
