With the delta variant fueling an increase in hospitalizations, health officials said this is no time to let down your guard. Moderna and Pfizer are testing their vaccines against the omicron strain of coronavirus, but it might be two weeks before they have results. Now the number of people getting booster shots is up since the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended everyone over the age of 18 get the third shot. KCCI's Cynthia Fodor spoke to some Iowans headed to their booster shot.
