There’s plenty to geek over in Netflix‘s 2022 lineup. Today, the Twitter account @NetflixGeeked released a preview of the genre TV that’s headed to the streamer next year, from returning hits to never-before-seen stories.

Plenty of popular Netflix series are set to debut new seasons after pandemic-induced extended hiatuses. Stranger Things is finally coming back for Season 4 next summer, with other beloved shows like Locke & Key, Raising Dion, and The Umbrella Academy also debuting new seasons in the new year.

Don’t see your favorite show on the list? Don’t worry! Some popular Netflix shows are receiving their very own spinoffs. Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas will tell the animated origin story of Scott (Dave Bautista) and his crew during the early days of Vegas’ zombie outbreak, with Army of the Dead creator Zack Snyder returning to direct two episodes. Meanwhile, Vikings: Valhalla (which arrives in February) will pick up 100 years after the original Vikings series, continuing to chronicle history’s most famous (and infamous) Vikings.

And if The Witcher is your thing, keep an eye out for The Witcher: Blood Origin. Set 1,200 years before the world of The Witcher, the spinoff follows the creation of the the first prototype Witcher, and explores how the “conjunction of the spheres” merged the worlds of monsters, men, and elves into one. And if you’re a video game fan, why not check out the upcoming Resident Evil adaptation?

Of course, it wouldn’t be a new year without plenty of brand-new Netflix shows. Next year’s lineup includes a dark fantasy series from fantasy icon Neil Gaiman (The Sandman), a new horror show from Mike Flanagan based on the works of Christopher Pike (The Midnight Club), an intriguing vampire romance (First Kill), and much more. New Year’s can’t come fast enough!
