Let Salma Hayek Present You With a Master Class in Thirst Trapping

While she's well-versed in the swimsuit Instagram post (and honestly, one of the best in the game), Salma Hayek showed off a Gucci swimsuit and gave her fans a full-on thirst trap, complete with a thirst-quenching beverage. Hayek's latest post has her in her natural habitat — a swimming pool — clad in a black Gucci one-piece and sipping on lemonade.

The look didn't require many accessories, but her wet hair and diamond ring were the perfect finishing touches to the simple outfit, which referenced her latest film, House of Gucci. It doesn't hurt that she's married to François-Henri Pinault, the guy who happens to own the fashion conglomerate that counts Gucci as one of its brands. That alone means that Hayek has access to all the Gucci swimwear she needs to continue her streak of stunning poolside shots.

"This is not my wardrobe for 'House of Gucci' but I highly recommend it anyway 🙂," she wrote alongside the image. She also added the same caption for her Spanish-speaking followers (and, admittedly, La Casa Gucci sounds that much better than the film's English title): "Este no es mi vestuario en la película 'La Casa Gucci' pero de todos modos se las recomiendo mucho."

Hayek hasn't been shy about her vacation swimsuit snaps, either, calling them "liberating."

"I'm glad I took a lot of pictures, I have no shame on it, because it was the first week of the vacation," she told Entertainment Tonight earlier this year. While it seems like she has an unending supply of the photos, she told ET that her backlog was running thin and that she has to constantly take new ones to keep up with her self-imposed posting schedule.

"I saved my pictures, I'm not in the same condition today and I'm spreading the love out like every two weeks," she said. "I'm going to put up another one. I'm almost running out of them but I don't know if you have that feeling, like, 2021!"

But she also knows that the shots aren't everyone's favorite — um, what? — saying that she likes to spread out the bikini shots: "People are sick of it but I'm going to let them take a break. They're going to think I'm wearing a bikini every day."
