The median price of homes sold in each ZIP code increased year over year in October across five of six Tomball and Magnolia ZIP codes. The median price declined year over year in Magnolia ZIP code 77355 for the third month in a row. However, the ZIP code also saw a fewer number of homes sold year over year in October.

At the same time, the number of homes sold decreased in all ZIP codes but 77377 in Tomball. Pinehurst ZIP code 77362 saw the median price of homes sold more than double year over year while only one-third the number of homes were sold in October 2021 as compared to the year before.
